Our stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The rooms were overall comfortable, but the initial cleanliness left much to be desired. The service was accommodating and helpful, but maintenance issues were not promptly resolved. The location was convenient, especially for border crossings, with nearby dining options. The dining experience was limited in availability and quality. The facilities met basic needs, but some upkeep was lacking.

I couldn't believe the state of the room when we checked in – there was poop all over the balcony, chairs, and even the sink handle was broken. My husband had to clean up just so we could relax. However, the bed was big and comfy, and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel was quite a disappointment overall. The room was a mess when we arrived with poop all over the balcony and broken furniture inside. The maintenance issues like leaking air conditioning and broken sink knob just added to the dissatisfaction. However, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was tasty, but that wasn't enough to make up for the numerous issues we faced.
